them to neglect their own health and well-being. In Body by

Mama Bootcamps, moms take time for themselves and receive 12 weeks of personalized training and counseling focused on motivational counseling, fitness and clean eating for optimal health and energy, total fitness workouts, and accountability support.
You will discover how to take better care of your mind, body
and spirit, and realize the limitations you perceive of yourself
are self-imposed. As a result, you develop greater self-esteem,
lose fat, gain muscle, and have fun with girlfriends. Now that's
multitasking!
When can I start?
Start any time! You will train with a group of like-minded
women once a week, but your daily personal training program
will be customized just for you!
